EFFECTIVE INDUCTION….IMPACT: Think about situation:   it’s your joining day with new employer and you are expecting that you might have an easy day of induction program and finding your feet. Deplorably, your new employer has not taken time to have induction for you as they are really busy on their assignments. You are directly assigned on the project and expected to manage things “on the hoof”. You have not been introduced to any of your team members or workgroup, what you will be doing that day or how to use your safety equipment. Every day new employees have horrible experiences (of first day) that do untold damage to the employer brand and will have direct impact for many other channels.
